Questions enterprise asks

The wholesale rate our eSIM supplier charges us. We convert it to Rupiah at the same exchange rate the public store uses, and add nothing on top. What you pay is what the supplier charges, in rupiah.

You get three emails: 30, 7 and 1 days before the expiry date. The API keeps working for seven days after it, then stops. Renewing is a manual purchase from your dashboard. We never debit your wallet on our own.

Yes, yourself, from your dashboard. An add-on is a one-time purchase that ends when your subscription year ends, so you pay for extra throughput only for the year you have already bought.

Reseller buys at the PUBLIC store price and pays Rp 150.000 once, permanently. Enterprise buys at PROVIDER cost and pays Rp 888.000 a year. The yearly fee pays off once the store markup on your own volume exceeds it, so compare your monthly purchases against both before choosing.
